| BJSDFZ Robot Club Wins Fourth Place At The “First Global” Robotics Challenge in Mexico! |

The “FIRST GLOBAL” Challenge took place in Mexico on August 15-18 this year.
Representatives from 161 countries competed in the Challenge. It is organized by “FIRST
GLOBAL” each year. Through intense competition, our school’s Robot Club stood out and
qualified for the finals.

To prepare for the competition, the teachers and the members of the school Robot Club
spent two months after school, as well their free time during their summer vacation, to
design and test their robots.
|
Our school Robot Club represented China in the first round of 8 qualifying matches. The top
48 teams in the qualifying round make the finals. BJSDFZ won 5 out of 8 matches in the
qualifying round, which sent us into the finals. Our team performed impressively during the
finals and earned the 4th place. Congratulations to our school Robot Club for impressing the
world! We are so proud of them!
